DESCRIPTION OF THE WINDOW

The window comprises three panes merging into one image. The top of the central window incorporates the crest of the Presentation Brothers - The Presentation of Our Lady in the Temple. Underneath the crest is one of the Brothers with a choir boy, holding the winning Feis Shield. This commemorates the great tradition of music in the school.
In the upper portion of the left window are three angelic looking Choir Boys singing and opposite in the third window are Altar Boys with a Thurible.
Lower down on the left is the founder of the Order, Blessed Edmund Rice 1762 - 1844 with the Madonna and Child on the right hand window.
The centre on either side is showing the emphasis on sport, where the boys, in Dungannon colours are active on the hurling and gaelic fields.
Lower down in the centre window we see a Brother at prayer facing the Monstrance on the altar. The Brother is holding Rosary Beads.
On the left side of him boys are at study in the classroom and on the opposite side boys are depicted singing with the help of their music book.
At the base the Presentation Brothers' school is shown through all three windows. On the left we see the old school erected in 1906. This image is carried through the centre window showing the old school yard and entrance gates, whilst in the right window is the extension built in the 1960s.
The inscription at the base reads in Irish and in English:
